Russian hackers have attacked the websites of Kosovo institutions, which were not in operation during the day. According to the announcement from the government, the target of the attacks was the website of the Presidency and the Prime Minister's Office, which were quickly restored to function.

These pages have been attacked, as the Minister of Defense, Ejup Makedonci, announced to RTKLive, after the statements he made against Russia.

"This group of Russian hackers has launched a cyber attack against Kosovo as revenge for my statement in support of Ukraine", declared the Macedonian, who was in Poland at the "Defense 24" defense conference.

In the reaction of the Russian hackers, the speech of the Macedonian minister is mentioned, who said, according to them, that "Kosovo is ready to offer military assistance to Ukraine".

"Kosovo is ready to join collective efforts to support the defense of Ukraine. They should think more about this...", these hackers wrote in Russian, mentioning the Macedonian minister.

We also remember that a day ago two Russian citizens were arrested in the north of Kosovo, after they had entered our country through illegal routes.

"The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica has filed an indictment for the two detained persons with the request for deportation outside the territory of Kosovo, due to the criminal offense - Unauthorized crossing of border crossings or the border line", the spokesperson of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica told RTKlive , Valon Preteni.

The Kosovo Police announced through the 24-hour report that two people with Russian passports and who did not have a Kosovo visa were arrested in Jarinje. They allegedly entered Kosovo through illegal routes.
